If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
For change-of-mind purchases, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Certain products, including special-order items, software licences, and customised products, may not be eligible for return unless faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
