At iDeStore, we work with trusted Australian and international suppliers to deliver professional ID, printing, scanning, and point-of-sale hardware to businesses across Australia. The information below outlines how shipping and delivery works.


Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Some products are supplier-shipped or made to order
  • Processing times may vary depending on stock availability and supplier location
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays

If an item has a longer lead time, this will be indicated on the product page or confirmed after purchase.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via reputable carriers, including:

  • Australia Post
  • Courier and freight services (for larger or heavier items)

Tracking information is provided where available once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once an order has been dispatched.

Typical estimates:

  • Regional / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Bulky items, kiosks, and commercial hardware may require additional transit time.

iDeStore is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, supplier backorders, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Backorders & Supplier Delays

Some products are sourced directly from manufacturers or distributors and may be subject to:

  • supplier availability
  • manufacturing lead times
  • international transit delays

If your order is affected by a significant delay, we will contact you with updated information.


Authority to Leave & Risk

By placing an order, you authorise delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Once an item has been delivered and confirmed by the carrier:

  • Responsibility transfers to the recipient
  • iDeStore is not liable for theft or loss after delivery

For business addresses, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the packaging and item

We will work with the supplier or carrier to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected products.
